Revival acquires and renovates a home, then sells it with seller financing. You fund the deal. You hold a secured note backed by real property. The buyer makes monthly payments directly to you — consistent income, secured by a home worth more than what’s owed on it. All the upside of a rental. None of the risk of being a landlord.
How it works
Step 1
Revival finds and acquires the property. We target homes in strong neighborhoods where buyer demand is proven and the finished product sells itself. We handle acquisition, negotiation, and due diligence.
Step 3
Revival sells the home with seller financing. A qualified buyer purchases the home with a down payment and finances the balance through a seller-carried note. You hold the note. The buyer holds the home.
Step 2
Revival renovates the home. Light cosmetic renovation to maximize buyer appeal: paint, flooring, landscaping, kitchen and bath updates. Done in 4–8 weeks. Professional standards throughout.
Step 4
You collect monthly income. The buyer makes monthly payments to you, secured by the property. If they stop paying, you get the house back — a house worth more than what’s owed. Your principal is protected by real property, not a promise.
