41st Street
A design-led restoration focused on light, flow, and everyday living.
41st Street was an opportunity to reimagine the interior experience of a home while remaining thoughtful about its structure and longevity. The goal was to create a space that feels open, calm, and easy to live in, without losing sight of the work required behind the walls to make that possible.
We began by addressing the fundamentals. Outdated materials were removed, and the home’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were rebuilt to meet modern safety and performance standards. Establishing a reliable foundation allowed us to design with confidence, knowing the home would support daily living well into the future.
With the infrastructure in place, the focus shifted to the interior environment. The layout was refined to improve flow and maximize natural light throughout the home. Walls were adjusted where needed to open sightlines, and spaces were rebalanced to feel connected without being overexposed.
Design decisions were guided by a desire for brightness and airiness. Finishes were selected to reflect light and create a sense of openness, while remaining durable and practical for everyday use. The palette and materials work together to create a calm and cohesive interior.
Execution was managed carefully from start to finish, with clear scopes, trusted partners, and consistent oversight. Each phase was completed with attention to detail to ensure the finished home felt intentional and complete.
41st Street reflects Revival’s design-led approach to home renovations. By pairing thoughtful interior design with disciplined execution, the home offers a living environment that feels comfortable, considered, and ready for its next chapter.
