Senate Street
A warm, modern home designed for daily life
The Senate Street project was guided by a simple and clear goal: create a home that feels calm, functional, and ready to be lived in from the moment someone walks through the door.
From the outset, the focus was on clarity. The interior was designed to feel open and bright without losing a sense of comfort or grounding. Natural light plays a central role throughout the home, moving easily from room to room and reinforcing a sense of ease and continuity.
The kitchen and dining spaces were treated as the heart of the home. Clean cabinetry, balanced proportions, and thoughtful lighting create a space that works equally well for daily routines and gathering. Materials were selected to feel warm and durable, supporting frequent use rather than occasional display.
Living areas were designed with livability in mind. Sightlines are open but not exposed, allowing the home to feel connected while still offering defined spaces for rest and conversation. The palette is soft and restrained, letting light and texture do the work instead of relying on visual excess.
Bathrooms and secondary spaces carry the same design discipline. Finishes are cohesive and practical, chosen to age well and remain easy to maintain. Details feel intentional without drawing attention away from how the space is actually used.
Outdoors, the home extends naturally into the yard. The exterior and patio areas feel like a continuation of the interior, offering usable outdoor space that supports everyday living and quiet moments alike. The home sits comfortably within its setting, maintaining a welcoming presence from the street.
Senate Street reflects Revival’s belief that good design is inseparable from usability. Every decision supports how the home will be lived in day after day. The result is a finished residence that feels balanced, light, and thoughtfully complete.
